There were a lot of rumors regards postponement of the new Russian Technical Regulation. This is now confirmed as the president of Russia, as of 29th December 2010, had approved and signed on the federal law to suspend the implementation of LVTR. Attached are Russian and un-official English version of this publication.
As such, the certification and marking requirements for ITE, AV and household equipments will also remain unchanged until further notice is given by the Russian government.
