6.以FCC ID 認證方式行銷之規定
6.1 產品上市前必須取得FCC ID 認可並於產品標籤印出此ID 及相關敘述才能銷售歐，
相關敘述請參考附件說明
6.2 FCC ID 的組成如下：
FCC ID: XXXYYY......Y
前三碼“XXX”稱為Grantee Code，由FCC 賦予，每一家廠商袛能有一個
Grantee Code。“YYY...Y”最多可有14個碼，限用大寫英文字母、數字和“ -”，
其他符號不可使用。** FCC ID 組合愈短愈好，中間不能有空格
6.4 申請資料送出後約2~3 weeks 取得認證
6.5 已取得 FCC ID 之產品若有設計變更時 FCC 訂有
n ClassⅠPermissive Change
n Class Ⅱ Permissive Change
F Class Ⅰ Permissive Change 就是變更後，產品的 EMI 會比原來申請時的情
況差；此種情況，袛要有完整Test data証明，自己存檔即可，不必向 FCC 報備。
F Class Ⅱ Permissive Change 就是變更後，產品的 EMI 情況比原來申請時差，
但仍符合 FCC 的 Limit 規定；此情況必須向 FCC報備核准後才可導入生
產和出貨。
7.以FCC DoC 認證方式行銷之規定
7.1 自86 年8 月19 日起，電腦週邊產品可以DoC (廠商自我宣告)方式行銷美國
7.2 下列文件行銷前必須準備齊全以備美國海關和 FCC人員的隨時抽查:
n測試報告---必須由NVLAP或A2LA 認可之實驗室核發才有效
nDeclaration of Conformity (DoC) Form --- 必須由美國分公司或進口商簽名負責
n原始之設計圖稿及規格書(如:線路圖,方塊圖, User‘s Manual 和Service Manual 等)
n敘述製造時之生產檢查程序, 以確保EMI 特性之維持
n任何會影響到EMI的變更敘述和必要之測試記錄
n Label 上和 User's Manual 內要有 FCC Statement
n 負責宣告廠商，有責任確保銷售之產品必須與當時檢驗樣品一樣，EMI 方面仍符合
規定，FCC 若要求抽查時廠商必須在 14 天內將相關文件送達，如需測試樣品則必須
在 60 天內送到，來回運費由負責宣告 (DoC) 之廠商負責。
8. 至於以 VERIFICATION 方式行銷之產品 (CLASS A)，得於取得合格實驗室測試報告
後，由廠商自行於產品標籤及使用手冊上印出規定之敘述(如附件說明)才可合法銷售，
此產品不得有公開廣告或店面陳售之行為，其銷售管道必須受限制。
9. 未取得 FCC 認證之前，產品欲參展或送客戶評估，請務必貼上下列敘述:
THIS DEVICE HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS
COMMISSION. THIS DEVICE IS NOT, AND MAY NOT BE, OFFERED FOR SALE OR

** 未貼上此敘述者, 通常罰金 USD7000.
新版FCC DoC標示
n 原label下方“For Home or Office Use” 敘述刪除，此為不必要之敘述。
n 原label右方“Tested to Company with FCC standards” 敘述改為
”Assembled From Tested Components Complete system not tested”，表示此產品所使用的內部組裝元件皆已通過測試
，因此本身不需再做測試。使用上列左圖的label。
n 若此產品為成品，且本身已通過測試，則不需作任何敘述。使用上列右圖的label。
n 原Part 15.9(a)(3) label requirement所要求的敘述仍需放上label。

equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used

communications.
