Job description:
-Responsible for all R&D EMC testing activities for Nokia telecommunication devices. Takes the responsibility to verify the unit can comply with the specified EMC specifications. Including emission and immunity, all cases should be done in final round testing to evaluate the EMC maturity of product.
-Generate test plan/report to program with result summary and analysis.
-Prepare test solutions, ensuring optimum test performance, minimum test times
-Provide support for the outsourced labs in terms of test set-up, test specification, continuous improvement activities, test yield improvement and equipment breakdowns;
-Manage and maintain the test equipments and the test fixtures/jigs/harnesses to the highest possible standard, with support from other engineers and/or outside contract resource as applicable to a project;

Requirement:  
-Bachelor or above in EMC/Electronics /communication /Microwave
-2+ years in EMC design or test.
-Familiar with EMC standard of EN301489 series, EN301908, EN55022, EN300386, FCC 15 and GR1089
-Familiar with EMC test equipments such as EMTEST immunity equipments and R&S emission equipments.
-Good time management skills and communication ability with all level of people.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
-Good team player and communication skill
-English ability, and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment
