General Purpose of the Role
Works as an experienced EMCEngineer in product or technology program in RF design and integration .
Main Responsibility Areas / Key Tasks

Works closely with EMC team members and other RD engineers and functions to design Smartphone.  Responsibilities include :
1.Develop EMC design requirements , test plan, test method and setup.
2.Optimize schematics, PWB placement, routing and conduct testing to validate all EMC goals are met.
3.Support partner assessment, certification, type approval, mass production, and field testing.
4.Resolve non-compliant issues and ensure findings, risks and recommendations are clearly communicated to the cross functional teams.
5.Other duties as assigned.

1.Master or PhD in EMC or related discipline, with at least 5 years hands-on design experience in mobile industry.
2.Strong technical background and analytical knowledge of EMC and high speed design principles.
3.Good general understanding of hardware design constraints and tradeoffs, and ability to find feasible and cost effective solutions.
4.Hands-on experience with test equipment and software modeling/simulation tools.
5.Project experiences from concept study to mass production & maintenance.
6.Good cross-functional and collaborative team skills
7.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
