岗位职责：

1.能够提供汽车电子器件的emc设计，尤其是高功率应用
2.在生产领域提供emc经验和建议
3.能参与国际与国内emc标准会议
4.能进行emc频谱分析，仿真进行风险预测，pcb画板，emc测试计划编写，emc整改等手段确保产品生产实施，尤其高功率应用方面，分析emc测试失败的原因并提供整改方案。
5.依靠研究，培训，标准创建等建设和发展emc实验室。

职位要求：

1.至少5年emc测试经验，具有汽车工业和高功率应用相关经验优先考虑。
2.具备模拟数字和通信频谱等电子专业知识背景
3.能使用emc设备：例如接收机，频谱分析仪，网络分析仪等。
4.具备emc整改经验
5.了解汽车emc标准，例如cispr25,ISO11452,ISO10605等优先考虑。
6.优先考虑嵌入式系统和电子仿真等相关经验人员。
7.会使用office
8.良好的英语口语和书面能力
9.具备良好沟通能力

-Provide EMC design to Vehicle electronics component (especially high power application)
- EMC expertise building in dedicated concepts.
- Involve in International / National EMC standard committee
- Provide EMC design services from
i) EMC spec analysis
ii) Risk prediction by simulation
iii) PCB Layout follow up
iv) EMC test plan writing
v) EMC debugging
- Ensure EMC compliance of the product, especially high power application (e.g. DC/DC converter, On board charger), analyze root cause and provide solution in case of EMC test failure
- Lead EMC expertise development by innovation researching, training providing, standard initialization

Requirements:
- At least 5 years EMC experience, automotive industry and High power application experience is plus
- Good electronics knowledge background on Analog, Digital and Radio frequency
- Ability of using advanced EMC equipment: RF receiver, Spectrum analyzer, Vector network analyzer, etc…
- Has EMC debugging experience
- Understanding Automotive EMC standard (such as CISPR25, ISO11452, ISO10605, etc…) is a plus
- Be similar with embedded software system is a plus
- Be similar with electronic simulation is a plus
- Microsoft Office operating
- Good writing and oral English level
- Good communication skill
