•R&D engineer focusing on EMC design and test in product development.

Typical Responsibilities
•EMC design and test, relating from concept design to production of product development 从概念设计到产品生产阶段的EMC（电磁兼容）设计与测试
•RFI design and finding solutions for EMC in terms of emissions and immunity in product RFI（射频干扰）抑制设计并针对对产品的电磁传导/辐射和抗扰度的相 关EMC问题寻找解决方案
•Evaluate and verify the EMC solutions in the product as whole including electronics and mechanics 评估和验证产品包括电子和机械方面的EMC解决方案
&#8226articipation in the development of products from concept to running production in projects 参与产品从概念设计到量产的全部项目开发流程


Requirements and Qualifications
•A master’s degree in electromagnetic related major with >= 3 years of EMC design and test in product development or a Doctor’s degree in electromagnetic/EMC related major 电磁学相关专业硕士，三年以上EMC（电磁兼容）产品设计及测试经验，或电磁学/EMC（电磁兼容）相关专业博士
•Knowledgeable in theories of Electromagnetics and Hertzian waves 熟悉电磁学和电磁波理论
•Knowledgeable in IEC/EN standards of EMC related requirements/tests in terms of emission and immunity 了解IEC/EN中EMC相关的传导/辐射和抗扰度的要求和测试标准
•Experience in power electronic products is preferable 有电力电子产品设计经验者优先
•Capable of working independently and in teams, cooperating with specialists in other fields; 有团队合作能力，能够独立工作，能和其他领域专业人士合作
•Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented 工作中积极主动、条理清晰、目标明确
•English communication skills both in writing and speaking 良好的英语听说读写沟通能力
