EN55014-1骚扰功率测试--标准的理解

        很久没发过帖子了，发个来以示存在。今天的主题是有关骚扰功率的测试，标准上说的如下：
6.3.1.2 If the auxiliary lead is permanently fixed to the appliance and to the auxiliaryapparatus and:
–is shorter than 0,25 m, measurement are not to bemade on these leads;
–is longer than 0,25 m but shorter than twice the length of the absorbing clamp, it shall be extended to twice the length of the absorbing clamp;
–is longer than twice the length of the absorbing clamp, measurements shall be made using the original lead.

7.3.6.2.2 Disturbance powermeasurements
The test isnot applicable to interconnecting cables shorterthan 60 cm.

在6.3.1.2里的辅助引线是大于25cm才会测量，而在7.3.6.2.2里又提到互连的引线短于60cm不测试，这里矛盾了吗？两者说的是一个意思吗？

以上疑问请高手赐教。

6.3.1.2里说明大于25厘米不足两倍吸收钳长度的 线缆长度延长为两倍吸收钳长度，如果大于两倍吸收钳长度的，使用原导线，吸收钳长度是1米，所以不矛盾。
