   Description:
First and primary point of technical support for all NVIDIA products provided to i-cafe customer

Qualifications:
- Identify and analyze all reported i-cafe customer issues, and will personally solve technical issues to the extent possible.
- Coordinate the setup of experiments, tests, equipment, and otherwise facilitate the rapid resolution of the problem.
- Work closely with the entire customer team, including sales and program management, as well as applications engineering.
-Escalate, as necessary, critical customer issues and provide timelyadvance warning of critical customer issues that need attention.
-Technical expert on all NVIDIA products, directly supporting i-CafeSales, and working closely with Sales to secure business wins, and tomanage the support of the product through business win to product endof life.
- Establish close personal technical ties to the customer,establishing personal relationships to facilitate rapid resolution ofcustomer issues and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BSEE minimum, Master's degree preferred.
-  Software and Hardware debugging capability and experiences.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a lab environment with electronic  test equipment and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of PC architecture beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of i-café Hardware and Software(including OS, apps and Games)
-  Well organized problem solving capability and communication skills.
- Excellent English writing for engineering documentation, English oral well enough to attend meetings

工作职责：
-向网吧客户提供NVIDIA 产品的技术支持
-分析网吧客户反馈的任何问题，在后端工程师的配合下及时解决所有和NVIDIA产品相关的问题
-协调可以复现问题的机器，加速问题的处理
-可以和NVIDIA销售经理，PM以及后端工程师紧密协作
-针对客户反馈的非常紧急的问题，有足够的敏感度提前在内部预警
-是NVIDIA产品的技术专家，直接支持NVIDIA 网吧销售经理，推动NVIDIA产品在网吧客户中顺利推广， 并提供技术支持从开始测试产品一直到产品退出
-建立良好的客户关系，成为NVIDIA和网吧客户的技术纽带，不断增强客户对NVIDIA的客户服务满意度

招聘要求：
- 学士/硕士，计算机/电子/相关专业。
- 较强的软件和硬件除错能力。
- 能够适应实验室的环境
- 对PC硬件架构有较深入的了解
- 对网吧的硬件及软件（包括操作系统，应用程序，特别是游戏）有较深入的了解
- 思维条理清楚，解决问题能力强，善于沟通。
- 英文听说读写出色，可以用英文撰写技术文档和参加会议。
