职位为EMC测试工程师，工作重心为测试，会涉及到一点设计，认证的工作，但重点还是测试！
要求为三年以上EMC测试经验，我希望乃们是5-6年的经验！不需要汽车行业的经验，只要你是做EMC的就好了，英语要OK，至少日常口语沟通没问题，平时的测试报告也是用英语的！

Detail Requirements
具体要求:
1.College graduate or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Automation or other related subject.
电气，电子，自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.At least 3 year work experience in EMC testing or designing.
至少3年EMC测试或者设计的工作经验。
3.Experience in automotive or parts EMC testing and verification of test setups.
拥有汽车或汽车电子零部件电磁兼容测试和测试搭建的检验工作经验。
4.Knowledge of automotive parts EMC test standards and test methods, such as CISPR25, ISO11452, ISO7637, ISO1060
了解汽车或汽车电子零部件电磁兼容测试标准和测试方法，如CISPR25, ISO11452, ISO7637, ISO10605。
5. Good skills in reading, writing and speaking English (All work report should be made in English).

Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Responsible for performing tests as per requests assignment and customer instructions. Follow Test laboratory Process flow to produce reliable and precise data.
依照测试请求分配和客户指令负责执行测试，遵循实验室测试流程以提供可靠精准的数据。
2.Providing support in appropriate scheduling process and distribution of electronics testing workload.
提供电学测试工作合理的排期和分配。
3.Operates lab equipment and instruments following established procedures.
依照规定的测试程序操作测试设备和工具。
4.Multitasking to improve capacity and timing due to emergencies to ensure the lowest possible level of interruption in the flow of testing.
基于多任务处理方法改善提高测试能力处理相关紧急事件,并把测试中断的可能性降到最小。
5.Provide support to Test Laboratory Manager on continuous improvement.
给与实验室经理在持续改进上提供支持。
6.Support WET internal and external customers. Establish test timelines and equipment limitations and communicate to Customer and Manager.
为WET内部和外部客户提供支持。建立测试时间流程和设备等限制因素，并与客户和经理保持沟通。
7.Proving electronics standard, equipment training to the new members of the group.
对新入职员工提供电子测试标准，设备的培训。
8.Responsible for testing equipment preventive action according to laboratory machine maintenance plan.
依据实验室测试设备维护保养计划的制定负责实施测试设备的维护保养。
9.Develop and define new test procedures.
开发和定义新的测试流程。
10.Support laboratory Manager for A2LA/ GM/ Ford accreditation according to ISO 17025
依据ISO 17025支持实验室经理完成A2LA/ GM/ Ford的认证审核。
11.Responsible for laboratory test equipments calibration, repair and maintenance.
负责实验室设备的校验、维修和保养工作。
12.Analyze test results and provide feedback.
分析测试结果并提供反馈。
13.Recommend, design and build new test equipment as required for performing tests. Technical input for test laboratory new equipments purchasing.
依照要求建议，设计和搭建测试设备以满足测试要求。为新测试设备的采购提供技术要求。
14.Monitors inventory levels and orders materials and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
监控耗材存量并依照确定的政策和流程进行订货补充。
15.Find, collect and gather information, report generation and maintenance of accurate records.
发现，收集和获取信息，制成和维护精确记录的记录单。
16.Provide opinions and interpretations of test data when required.
有需求时提供对测试数据的意见和解释。
17.Domestic and International Travel as required.
依照需求执行国内的和国外的出差。
18.Operate EMC test, write test report and explain test result.
执行正式EMC试验，负责完成测试报告，并解释测试结果
19. Write EMC test plan base on OEM test specification and product specification.
根据客户测试标准及产品文件编写EMC测试计划
20. Design and make EMC test load-box and harness base on test requirements.
根据实验要求完成EMC测试盒和线束的设计和制作
