RS招聘系统项目工程师 – EMC系统方案

Responsibilities
主要工作职责:
 
- Design EMC system solution based on customer requirement. Adjustment current design according to customer feedback, market trend or company technic direction.
根据客户需求，给出EMC系统的解决方案。根据客户反馈，市场趋势，及公司技术发展方向，调整当前的解决方案。
- Customer visit with sales, provide technical support and present system solution to customer.
协助销售拜访客户，进行必要的技术支持，讲解解决方案。
- Base on the requirements from Customer, conduct technical documents such as technical solution, project propose， project plan and system configuration, etc.
根据客户需求，完成系统相关的技术文档，包括技术方案，项目建议书，规划方案，系统配置等。
- Weekly report to team leader for the project status.
定期向直线经理汇报项目进度情况。
- Conduct other jobs assigned by supervisor/manager.
与部门业务相关的其它工作。
 
Job Requirements职位要求: 
 
- University degree or above, Radio Communication or Electronics Engineering, RF and Microwave major. 
本科或以上学历，主修无线电通信/电子工程/射频或微波专业。
- Familiar with testing theory of EMI, EMS. 3 years or above of related area experience；Automotive electronics, mobile communication or military area work experience is preferred.
熟悉EMI, EMS测试原理，3年或以上相关领域工作经验；有汽车电子，通信，或军品领域工作经验优先。
- Familiar with R&S instruments and system.
熟悉R&S 仪器和测试系统。
- Computer/Network knowledge .
具备一定的计算机及网络知识。
- Should like to travel extensively.
能够经常出差。
- Strong communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
- Self-motivator, open & team oriented attitude.
主动进取、开放和团队精神。
- Good at reading and written in English, communication by oral in English.
良好的阅读及书面英语，具备用英语沟通的能力。
