Changes in Certificated equipment

The following changes shall not be performed without application for and authorization of a new grant of certification.

（没有新批的认证申请和授权，不得进行下列变更）

[size=80%]ØChanges to the basic frequency determining and

stabilizing circuitry(including clock or data rates)

（基本频率确定和变化稳定电路（包括时钟或数据传输速率）

[size=80%]ØChanges to the frequency multiplication stages

（倍频阶段的变化）

[size=80%]ØChanges to the basic modulator circuit

  （调制器的基本电路的变化）

[size=80%]ØChanges to the maximum output power or maximum

field strength rating

  （最大输出功率或最大比变化或者磁场强度等级）

[size=80%]ØIncrease (or decrease) maximum input power rating

on Spread Spectrum Transmitter

    （增加或减少最大输入功率等级的扩频发射机）

以上是FCC需要重新认证审核的，我们公司产品经常做layout变更，

大家帮我分析下，有什么问题呢？

如果射频部分发生改变，需要重新认证

有些东西真的很难定义，只能跟着要求理解，但是什么才是真正的尺度呢？
现在PCB变化一点点酒考虑变更FCC，真是头疼还涉及到好多钱.
