请教 测端子电压时，器具的放置问题

刚参加工作，刚看标准，有些疑惑
CISPR 14-1(2009)
The appliance shall be placed 0.4 m above an earthed conducting surface of at least 2 m *2 m in size and at a distance of 0,8 m from the artificial mains V-network and shall be kept at least 0,8 m from any other earthed conducting surface. If the measurements are made in a screened enclosure, the distance of 0,4 m may be referred to one of the walls of the enclosure.
CISPR 14-1 的描述应该是指器具放在 接地导电平面 上方 0.4m ，即地面上方0.4m 而距其他接地导电平面0.8 m ，即距墙 0.8m；但一些图片以及实验室的布置，都是器具离地面0.8m，离屏蔽室墙面0.4m 。如何解释呢？ 谢谢~

楼主，后面还有一句是：If the measurements are made in a screened enclosure, the distance of 0,4 m may be referred to one of the walls of the enclosure.
也就是说在屏蔽室内测试的话0.4可以是到屏蔽室接地平面的任意一个面，我是这样理解的。

额，这句话只是说在屏蔽室内，器具距离接地墙可以是0.4m~但器具离地面，CISPR14-1规定的还是0.4m，而非图中所示0.8m。~

    一楼的意思应该是说如果在屏蔽室内测试的话，只要离屏蔽室任一墙面0.4米即可，而不一定非得是离地面0.4米。我也觉得是这个意思

一般屏蔽室都是距离VCP 80的。

    VCP是vertical coupling plane。above翻译为上方应该是没错的。这句话我是这样理解的，如果不是在屏蔽室里面测试的话，就按IF前面的条件测试；但如果是在屏蔽室内测试的话，它有一个词the distance of 0.4米，这个0.4米应该是特指前面那个0.4米，也就是说这个0.4米可以是离屏蔽室的任一墙面的距离（可以是上下左右），但通常都是离屏蔽室的垂直参考接地板0.4米，这也是许多测试项目的实验配置。以上仅为个人理解

楼主所说的是信息设备的电源端子传导骚扰测试的两种布置方法。采用0.8米高非导电桌子的布置必须以垂直参考接地平板进行试验，且EUT背面与垂直参考接地平板相距0.4m；采用0.4米高非导电桌子的布置必须以水平参考接地平板进行试验。
如果在电波暗室里测量，若采用0.8m高木桌，EUT背面与垂直参考接地平板距离40cm不容易实现，采用0.4m高的木桌比较合适即采用水平接地平板做参考；而屏蔽室桌子0.8m，离垂直参考平面0.4m容易实现。

    VCP 垂直参考面，我的理解是在屏蔽室中，传导测试，EUT放置在水平参考面上的高为80cm的绝缘桌上，而EUT的背板，距离垂直参考平面的距离为0.4m。。我们实验室一直做ITE设备的测试，所有EUT的布置都是如此。

谢谢LS各位前辈解答，~原来分两种情况，屏蔽室内可用80cm木桌，微波暗室可用40cm木桌，理解~
