利用磁环抑制共模辐射的效果比较

简介：

老大proposed to add two ferrite rings (TDK HF70SH40X2X12) in series on the adaptor PCB to suppress the CM noise on tracks between the control pod and the adaptor PCB. The results are compared against without these ferrites. It is shown that 5~8dB improvement can be achieved by adding these suppressors. Tests are done at 3m distance with the vertical antenna 1m above the ground.

对不起化二兄，言过之处真诚请求你指正一下。

这个是上周作的实验，原因是发现变频器控制盒在插上以太网通信模块或者RS485通信模块后通信电缆成了一个重要的辐射发射条件（路径）。在之前的一个帖子里提到我们用Y电容分别在主电源和RJ45外壳上接PE，但是这样结构设计不宜实现。这次用磁环主要是验证了在主机和控制模块之间加抑制的可行性。
